i actually searched many shops to find square sausage and potato scones when i got back to essex. with tomato sauce also.

if you came down hear and asked for a roll and a sausage you would get a roll on its own and a sausage separately.

You'd also get that down here hence why you ask for a roll and sausage crucially missing out the 'a'.
