Thanks! I got some springs off Liam on here supposedly 110mm but unsure. It sits better now compared to
When I got it.

Update with the nova is will be putting one piston down the block and timing it up with plasticine on the top of the crown to work out what valve clearance is roughly. Looking at different cam specs at the moment want to see what will be best for me.

290 / 282°

252 / 244°

12.00 / 11.50mm

3.75 / 3.20mm

MECH: rally & race

4602536

291 / 282°

252 / 244°

13.30 / 12.80mm

3.95 / 3.35mm

These are what I'm thinking off. Unsure to go solid with the lifters or not, means one peace valves and a differe t set of caps and springs too. Could be money used else where. Double springs on hydrolics with the right cam should be fine....for now anyway

Thanks for the comments on the beemer, Will be getting CSL wheels eventully when my mate decides to sell them

When I got the mo's I got so excited I had to fit them, and then I ended up actuly doing some work on the car!!

Fitted the new shoes

Along with the coilovers.

Then gave it a quick dust off and a clean up. The car is being moved out the current garage in the next week or so to have the cage welded in finally! and then off to have the full shell painted

Till next time! Bosh!

Update! Finally started doing the seem welding and plating up where the heaters used to be ect.

I won a welder on ebay at a bargain price, so thought id give it a go my self, instead of taking the car to my work and letting the lads do it properly...sounds stupid I know, but its practice for me and I can say I did it all

Not a great pic.
