Jack shit. Basic holiday, no sick pay, no pension, no heating in the winter etc etc.
But its a job and when being made redundant it was the only place offering, and still is. There is no other jobs in my area for what i do.

Nothing. I've got a laptop but wouldn't count that as a benefit.

As of January, 24 days holiday. And an understanding management team, so if I need time off to sort car, or go to a dentist appointment they don't worry.
25p business mileage.
Eye test every 2 years and £60 contribution to new glasses every 2 years.
And that's about it. Wonders of a small company.

Phone but I don't use it for personal use. I work for a family company though and I'm one of the only ones that actually does a solid days graft so anything I need/want I've got so far.
We get 5 or 6 fully paid for nights out a year and last year I got the directors villa in Murcia for a week, literally everything paid for; flights, transfers, fridge stocked full and spending money.
I'd rather get paid more and get fuck all benefits right enough, which is a bugbear of mine.

Of course it is! Saves on petrol/bus/train fares, means you can get up later and deal with home issues if necessary!

forgot about free gym use 24/7,
and showers aswell.
you would not believe how many people come in to work and use the showers there just to save water at home.
same with going for a shit/piss.
