its past my mechanical skill. i cant coment.
looking at others build costs. and parts prices. i would say this one is on the pricey side.
but, im guessing it comes with support, and advice etc along the way?
hope you get the power your after and get some serious use from it.

Looking threw you bill some things are alittle over priced.
£1200 to just build the engine
No oil spray jets? What cams?
No oil spray jets he said they don't do that much as the only spray oil onto the rods or something?
They cool the exhaust side of the piston if fitted as they should be in the order they should be.
I am tempted to buy my motor back and show people some proper LET figures....
Go for it then, you will only end up breaking it for parts before its finished
Moved on to proper cars and stopped playing with toys.
Still I would imagine Ric Wood knows to deck a block so he is one step ahead of you

I would suggest you find out what size valves have been fitted and what material they are made from.
You will need oil jets.
You will need a better oil pump
You will need solid lifters, deep locating shims, double valve springs with steel retainers, mechanical profile cams.
I you want to see anwhere the 500-600 bhp I would have fitted better quality rods and pistons.
What size turbo are you going to use ?
FennyLET's engine is extremely cheap at £4K, anyone that thinks not should look up the prices of an Arrow steel crank and steel rods fitted with custom age rod bolts, then price the corect specification of the parts that are needed to be fitted to the cylinder head and then price the other parts and labour that go into a similar engine.

Well as mine did more power than most have ever done while running on 3 cylinders with a printout to prove it I think I can make the claim with evidence to back it up don't you

Also what happened to the car after that??
Am i right in thinking you built it, it never ran good, got a TV feature, then broke it for parts. IIRC it even said in the TV feature it was getting broken.
