In terms of workload?

Its not that major - biggest problem at the moment is we still have the GC/HZ overlap to keep on top of. Otherwise it's not a massive volume of work. I just want coverage if me and Will are both busy.

I just imagine it's harder to moderate than your average forum with similar activity.

Probably the opposite is true, it's not as strict. Major problem is people wanting exposure for their posts. Interpersonal and trade stuff I'll still deal with.

I think a filter needs introduced where you must select from a drop down option what your thread is in regards to, if they select help from that drop down menu, no access should be granted for that post in the general chat.
