yeah, will do that but not wanting no pointless amounts of giant muscles for no reason. going to join a gym once i get to the point where i can't really do much more losing at home. will do the odd weights, but I'm not massively bothered about that just yet

Fuck me that's some weight loss! Don't be surprised if the speed that it drops off slows down though, you won't be doing anything wrong it'll just be your body adjusting.

PS the secret to amazing tasting meals is seasoning/sauces. Nandos BBQ chicken rub / nandos BBQ sauce is

Yeah I'm doing a lot of chicken with sauces. Hot himalayan garlic is the worst so far lol

i find the hardest thing about the cross trainer is not getting bored. at least on the exercise bike i play fifa while i pedal. much easier and the time goes by quickly.

When I gave up weed, a few years ago, I started to drink more which made me put on weight. I stopped drinking for lent and now lost a few kg's.

Might be worth looking at not drinking.

i gave up herbs at christmas and rarely ever drink anyway, and i mean rarely. probably had maybe 3-4 pints this whole year.

started to drink green tea this weekend as its apparently good for you, also isn't a bad taste.
