Day 1 of biking to work and back done. Wasn't bad although after a days work its a bit annoying as its a kind of physical job I do all day. Do me good though.

3 weeks and 1 day of cycling to work, decided I was going to take a different route home as I wasn't in a rush to get home...
So this morning 6.7 miles, 42 minutes
This evening, 8.6 miles, 42 minutes

No he doesn't. If he's training to race or for an event then yeah. But if your using bike from a to b, go as fast or slow as you can be bothered.

Get on Sports Tracker and take photos from within the app - marks them on the Google route.

Not me. My B-I-L was going to enter too but we've not got round to it. Is it still open for entries?

Essentially yes. Then you pay for the bike out of your gross salary. After the period I think you're then given the option to buy.I think it's a bit like leasing .

Been? I go nearly every week
It is good but more freeride/DH than XC. Most of the trails are rollable, such as the dual, mini DH etc, but there is some bigger stuff that I still don't do.
There is some XC around the woods although the trails aren't particularly maintained. But you can ride anywhere in the bike park side of the woods and there is some good single track so worth an explore.

It is a good place if you want to progress. Particularly the dual and table top dirt jumps.
