Bloodied bat found too. Either used to beat her with or used by her in self defence. Supposedly she stayed over, no surprise visit. First shot in hip, she ran to bathroom and locked herself in, then 3 shots fired through bathroom door.

Was gonna say, he hasn't yet, although I don't see how he can get charged with Culpable Murder if he's got away with Premeditated.
Apparently manslaughter is anything from a fine to 15 years in prison.
I'm still not sure whether he did it or not, obviously the majority of what's in news clips over here was the prosecution, who of course want to make him out to be an evil narcissistic psychopath. - I don't remember seeing or hearing much of the defence tbh, but the way he acted throughout was of someone who was distraught, in my eyes, someone who has killed his superfit (completely out of his league) girlfriend by accident, couldn't even deal with that properly, and then was being accused of doing it on purpose. (Completely my opinion of it all, and could well be completely wrong)
