There are certain people who'll hate her. The Yorkshiremen like jj for the mining, tims like Hammer for what happened with the Irish, etc. Some hate her for stealing milk  But despise or adore, she made a massive difference to this country. And she'll get me a day off

I'm not celebrating her death as although I disagreed with a lot of her policies I liked her style. But if you want something to get the debate moving her objections to the Berlin Wall being torn down was utterly rediculous and proved to be an appalling desicion

Not sure the pits/shipyards closing is 100% her fault, she just facilitated it, they were a doomed industry regardless from what i can see.. She also had a big hand in bringing nissan to the N.E which is a huge part of the industry here.. 10,000s of jobs solely because of that.. but tbh i cant say i know a great deal about her at all
