Cor that's a big beast?
V8?
or is it one of those small displacement diesel engines with the same output as a rep mobile vauxhall insignia found on the M25?
Some woman with a million kids i know bought one of these from new an put it on facebook for likes. lots of comments followed such as : "wow what a beast"... I just commented 163PS then all her moms net friends went apeshit on me calling me a cunt

Think you only get V8 in America or the Middle East markets.

Yes indeed!
I have a friend who lives/works in Dubai he bought a Ford Raptor last year, some manner of 450bhp monster iirc.
I am not clued up on pick up trucks if I am honest but that is a 'beast'. They all seem to have 2.0 - 2.2/2.3 weedy diesel engines here.
Reminds me of a Top Gear episode where Clarkson had a pick up truck and demonstrated how pointless it was in the UK. Just makes me giggle when I see UK spec ones on Social Media with people referring to them as 'Beasts'.
They seem to be driven everywhere flat out as well. Always amusing to see them pitching and diving under braking or body rolling their arses of on a roundabout. I realise they are not intended as a performance/sporting vehicle but tell that to the drivers
I am puzzled as to why people require one. Steven can you please present your business case for such a vehicle? do you just like the look of it or something? Are you just crossing off 'pick up truck' ownership of the list? Perhaps you regularly ferry dead bodies from A to B. Did you buy it to murder Oliver James Crowe?
By no means a conclusive study and I have no data to present but around here they are driven in the same manner as a large Audi SUV. Steaming around the place, bullying through traffic in a fuck everyone else approach. Perhaps that is why people buy them I have zero idea

Business case is that because its a commercial vehicle you can have all the VAT back if the company buys it

I overtook a fancy pickup in my 200bhp per ton fiesta lastnight, it said "deranged" on the back, think it was a ford ranger, had matt paint so must have been expensive
