cant believe the injectors are maxing out at only 210bhp, as you can map them to 245bhp on standard injectors

or you have the option of z20let ones, they work over 300bhp

i think the injector problem is pretty gash tbh even standard power the injectors are only just enough. Need to find out exactly what they are as i cant seem to find out anything

pretty sure the astra injectors are 470s need to find something about 550 or more and move my inlet pipe away from the downpipe as it picking up a bit of heat. When thats sorted out its going back on the dyno and push it up to 270 bhp.

spent most of today sorting the little niggles from the rr moved my inlet pipe as it was a bit close to the down pipe. Taken the injectors out as well. And spent the rest of the day trying to fit a cossie radiator in the bloody thing. Most of the front end of the cars been cut away but its in now . Takes up the whole front end of the car should do the job a bit better than the standard one as the plumbing just wasnt right as the flow is the other way round on the vxr engine. Its not going to be as easy as banging some bigger injectors in either as the standard ones are really long where they go into the inlet as the holes rather deep. Tried some saab ones in but they just wont do.

figured out what i need to do with the injectors now. The standard ones are silly long thin ones which there is no upgrade for. The only way to do it is to drill the inlet out a bit and fit something bigger. Got a set of saab ones here that im going to use. Waiting till after mot to do that though as i will need to get it mapped again

Andy how come theres a problem with the injectors anyway, I mean theres quite a few tuned corsa vxr's about now most proberly on standard injectors... do you know what injectors that Regal tuned silver corsa vxr is using? Might be worth finding out as hes well over 300!

regal do the big injector conversions using astra vxr ones and drilling the manifold but they want 300 to do it so il whip the inlet off and do it myself it cant be that hard. Standard injectors will probably do up to about 230 but thats really pushing it id rather it be well within its limits even at 270 so no more boost till i have sorted the fueling out. Spent too much money to go melting pistons

using standard fuel pump. Even on the limiter it was holding 4 bar of pressure so thats not the problem its the injectors. Having them flow tested at the min to decide how much bigger to go got some 450 saab ones im going to use

inlet manifolds coming off tonight so i can re drill the injector holes at work tomorrow. Was going to leave it till after mot but going to get them slapped in and take it back for more boost at the weekend

i cant decide to get it motd at weekend or take it back for more boost i got the itch now but it needs mot but more boost sounds better to me

I think you should get it road legal first. Then you can just spunk all available funds on making it faster
