That's what happens when you don't ride on paths or cycle lanes.
And ride on the road getting in every bodies way.

PMSL your idol was nearly destroyed.

Will you cyclists become more cunty in retaliation?

Will be down Stile Cop this weekend (the decent part of Cannock ), went Hanchurch last weekend which wasn't bad just very muddy.

I am just messing with you.

You missed my post in Premium a few months ago where a close Colleauge was knocked off his bicycle over the jubliee weekend. he died by the roadside before the paramedics could get to him. We never found out what actually happened to cause the accident, wether he was at fault or the motorist. I was due to meet him for a drink after jubilee weekend, i waited in the pub for an hour not knowing that he was late because he was dead.

For the record I give cyclist's a massive berth and always have done. To the point where I have sat behind them doing 15mph with cars behind me getting frustrated because I am not willing to execute a risky overtake manouvre in which I might squeeze the cyclist agaisnt the kerb.

However, the % of cunty cyclists that consistently do stupid and stubborn things, not to mention red light jumpers that think they have the USS Enterprises shields around are alarmingly high based on what I have seen. It's not just one or two based on what I see. That is my beef with cyclists although I am not going to go into a rant here about it as it's all in the other thread.

I think cyclists should be able to use the pavement when they want, only reason I won't bike on the the road is because it's bloody dangerous and not worth the risk and this is coming from someone who does 5ft drop offs and attempts to clear 15ft gaps. At least then I'm in control of my own destiny rather than some jumped up prick who's late for work in his 7 series beemer.

That said it is a bit annoying when cyclists go side by side in the road, are they allowed to do that?

Yes mate. It's a bit boggy this time of year which is OK if you take some spare clothes for driving back.

Not as good as Stile Cop but OK for a quick blast.

I'm no downhiller, atall, was hopeful that there may be some single track lol. I want to head up to Stile Cop some time, may even attempt one of the routes, depending how extreme they are

Red route at Stile is about the same as Black sections on Monkey Trail.
