What Tom said R.E. the interior...
And, no, I haven't given up on it. Yes, I still have it. And it will be done when it's done. I'm v.busy at the moment getting my degree, but I should have more time and money to give this project the time needed to finish it pretty soon.
I need to:
Filler and paint the bumpers up to get them ready to take moulds off of.
High build primer the body and sand it all smooth.
Get the exterior of the body in colour.
Fit the brake lines, and the handbrake cable.
Build and engine, I'm really tempted to do a 2.0 8v on carbs and loose as much wiring from the bay as poss.
Fit out the interior with a pair of seats and some dials of some sorts. I'm tempted to do the old dials on a screen with a camera thing, if I can pull it off well.
Plus all the other little jobs that need doing that aren't all that interesting
There's no secret banter about this car either really. The only secret is the colour, but seeing as about 20 people from CS have seen the shell ad Ed's Garage HQ, it aint much of a secret these days! I just thought that back when the colour was chosen most people would hate it, and give me some typical CS wisdom about what colour I should have painted my car!
