Like I just said to Nath on FB the people that are surprised and going mad about it being a 4S will be the same people being surprised and going mad in 2 years time when they bring the 5S out as the next model after the 5.

I need a new phone... fact i will get the 4S as its a major upgrade from my 3GS.
...But the decision is do i go contract for 18 months or even 12 (if they offer it) or do i buy outright? would need a 32gb
...and do i buy one to sell

There is virtually no difference in price going between contract and buying out right if you then go for a 12 month SIM only deal.
