I believe he bet it on Newcastle staying in the premier league. After todays result he handed the car over as even Boro stand a better chance of staying up

shut your face draper. the dream is still mathematically possible.......

but aye, kinda snapped a drive shaft. did a 12.5, then a couple 12.4, then a few 12.3, then a 12.2, then a 12.1 then snapped a shaft. sadly it was just as the car was seemingly getting quicker each run. oh well. got a calibra one off a mate, going to see if that fits in the morning. if it does will go kick its head in again tomorrow on the air field.

yeah a few just getting all the pics off the phone now. will put them up and whatever videos my mates got in general chat id say. i also drove my mates prelude up the strip. i got a 15.0 against a focus st in it, he managed a 14.8 by the end.

rickiek123 was there also.

Just a slight problem though, not a major setback. Rasp a set of equal length shafts in it? Was it the long one or the short one?

short one. snapped at the circlip. i have a bad pic of it i will try and put up if i can find it.

i have a calibra short one. anyone ken if that fits? so i dont go wasting half an hour in the morning trying is all.

Dunno ken. Some people say you have to cut them down a bit, possibly 5-10mm but i cannot confirm this. Only way to check is to do it the sen.

one i snapped was an mtec one. had them since about 2002 and been on this corsa turbo and previously my old xe corsa.

should really drag my ass out of bed and go fit a new driveshaft to the corsa. just too lazy.

i had mtech shafts on my old redtop, they said they were rated for 250 bhp, mine was nowhere near that and the small one broke.
both splines twisted and one broke
