The most complaints I get from people is about the cash out thing, but usually betfair. (bonusdevil.com, of you're not sure what i'm on about).

Just had another goodwill gesture
Won bet last night, team were losing 2-0 so I put £2 on a draw as odds really good. It finishes as draw I won £40 odd!
Very happy so withdrew, and left some money in betting account.
Looked just now and in minus £6!!!
So called up, and apparently last goal was dis-allowed and due to human error their end he put it as bet won and paid money,.. Now thy e reversed it.
This happens almost never, and is covered in terms and conditions they're allowed to do this,
As goodwill she giving me stake and winnings back
