Before I get involved with a new road bike. Does anyone know of anything decent for sale?

I need a large frame (56/57/58cm).

Good places to look second hand? Ideally one that has minimal use!

Nice weekend just gone by, did a 'little' 35 miles to bed in my new shoes that I had to buy to go with my new pedals, SPD-SLs are a fucking pain in the arse to clip in with, I'm quite tempted to fit my old SPD pedals for London to Brighton as I've heard theres lots of stop-starting, thoughts from the floor?

Also anyone got a bike stand? can you recommend any?

Ebay willay less than £30. What time is your departure time for the l2b if its earlier than 9am you shouldnt have to worry about the stop start as the early starters tend to be the people doing it properly not just for fun

Went to the LBS to look at their road bikes. They went through a fitting assessment so I could see what a Trek One series 1.1 would feel. I was very impressed with the Guru kit they used!
