I showed my dad's mate at work who had a Focus ST and he wasn't impressed with the video I loved every bit of it.
Best bit about it aswell that Focus is the RS right and there faster?

Little update:
Bought new center trim to remove old LED/button for old LC1 wideband kit
Fitted
Bought some new belts as Monty has spat one off, going to look at going multi V belt as engines revving higher now, I also changed bottom pulley (vibration damper) So far so good
Today I took him to get geometry setup correctly and corner weighted...
Total weight, before he was setup. Raised him 10mm at front and 15mm at back.
After setup, showing 50.1% split across diagonal axis. Could ask for better really..
Alignment was miles out had positive camber....
Setting's were left at:
Caster +3 deg
Camber -1.5 deg
Toe set to 0.5mm toe in
Time for a wash:
Also fitted some 10mm rear wheel spacers and tucked him away next to Vinnie
Thats all for now

tis true..... I'm in your group now Ben feel better now
Ok little update for a while... I kind of killed him :face: ah well.... Started knocking its tits off last night and running on 3 cylinders. So I got home and took head off today...
During...
Cams out and its all became obvious
Found 4 over inlet valve caps cracked!
Damage to cylinder 1 piston
Bent valve
After looking into it, I have found the HVA has been locking out and hitting the cap causing it to crack, you can see the marks on both parts! Shame.... time for a rebuild then!

Do you rate Gates timing belts Dale?
Just on cleaning my engine up before fitting it and remove a Gate power grip belt thats in very good condition but will be fitting new timing belt kit & pullys ect but don't know whether to buy a Gates timing belt kit or Opti belt and INA PULLEY AND TENSIONER kit from Autovaux
Which do you think would be better or does it not really make much difference?

always used Power Grip belt as that is what SBS supplied me and never had an issue... Always do a kit tho!
Vxr is on genuine GM one whoever makes that as I got it done at vauxhall for the history!!
