what im going to find hard with any fitness plan and getting gains/results is to get them you need to match the nutrition guide, how the fuck you do that when you work full time at the moment my diet consists of, feel free to point me in right direction any of you:

up at 6.45
work at 8.30
break at 10am consisting of a banana and yoghurt
lunch at 12 consisting of a jacket potato or baguette with marinated chicked and salad
break 3.30 banana and an apple
tea 7ish? usually vegetable and meat or a meat pastry of some sort and vegetables

Easy to say gym at weekends but sometimes I work weekends and my gym locally only opens from 930 til 1130.........

On the brighter side of things I maybe due a job promotion

And yes Alun the m-tech strut brace did sell I think roughly on page30 odd

M&S I'm covering there today (being last day) in town where the whole "cwmbran shopping" is.

But its a piss take right, theres 100 spaces for 12hour parking great, but theres about 1000 spaces for 4 hour parking!!!!!! Some people in that place would like to park to go to WORK not spend their pension

Yeah I go there now and again swill, Cwmbran shopping is better than Newport these days and with the free parking you can't go wrong when you need to remortgage to park in Newport!

no worries nath.

You should have come up. We drank wetherspoons dry of their yaga bomb. We were buying 12 shots each round. Pockets and cook got done for pissing over a shop. And the travelling up and back was just...well....french. Beefey had problems on the way up and had to call the AA. I lost a brake pad on the motorway when one of the clips broke of my caliper and didnt have brakes. Then my car decided to throw 5th gear on the way home. So i was in 4th all the way home from rockngham (4hour drive)
but im not too bothered about that.

The weekend was amazing.
