Here's the progress i made then before i fitted the newly sprayed gloss black bumpers.

First off stripped everything off,first time they'd ever been off. Wire brushed front cross member and painted silver.Decided not to stop and re-painted the front and rear arches,my calipers again as they got scuffed fitting them.And little bits where rust was appearing.













I also wet and dried my exhaust as Kizza did and used autosol and it brought it up shiny again.



Painted the GSi splitter plates:



The old bumpers :





And these were the bumpers and arches when he dropped them off:





And skirts still to be fitted:
