Got some new knee pads today to replace the old sixsixone items that I've been borrowing for a year. Replaced them with some sixsixone rage ones. Went for a medium as the large ones I have a bit too large and fall down occasionally.

just bought some cycling shoes,i dont no what ones they are but they have tread on the bottom so i assume mtb ones,im wanting some help on what cleats i need and what pedels please.thank you

Knowing what shoes they are will help but shimano trail pedals usually come with the cleats but then depends what you are riding you migjt want the time pedals and cleats or crank brothers etc etc

Get the shimano ones then you can get the pedals and cleats for under £30

Helmets :

Years ago I used to do a bit of trials but have just bought a 20" onza. What's a good helmet and place to get one? Used to have a piss pot style one but want a more mtb one now.
