Lovely!

I would personally use Vectra door handles assuming you can get some over there, and possible a smoother wheel to go with the style of car more.

Only small details though.

For those of you asking about the bonnet look at how the light falls near the windscreen in the third pic. You can see a crease line in the bonnet heading towards just inside the headlight. The seam where the bumper meets the bonnet is also higher than UK spec.

The rear light clusters also sort of bulbus - all very subtle but worth finding the part numbers for!

The rear lights in brazil are very smouth! very nice! About the door handles... this are from vectra! and about the wheels, this are from the GSI astra, 16" fit just perfetc into the car!

thats a boost pipe. because heis not running an intercooler it attaches straight on to the exit of the compressor side of the turbo.

yes the turbo is connected to the exhaust manifold. I suspect he did think about connecting it to the inlet but then he decided that the exhaust gases would not spin the turbine

new manifold would need to be made to accept the flange of the turbo. and a downpipe for the exhaust would also have to be fabricated. then an oil and coolent pipes to be cannected to the turbo also.

not a new ECU as a UNCHIP could be used to map it. I don;t recomend turbo conversions as to do it properly is extreamly expensive. a S/C is a better bet
