I still doubt the fact that it got slated at all. i think she deleted for another or no reason.

it was a simple standard silver 2 litre corsa. the kind of thing this site will bum twice and then again in the morning

i dont think it ruined it, he only asked based on the name, i think as well as people can hurl abuse, people can over react totally

I think there should be a seperate (sp?) forum for the old skool people of say 1000post or more? that way if a stupid question is asked on there u should know better... all the newbies can comute in another section and bad behaviour is not tolerated... then afer 1000 posts they earn the privilage to move to the more experinced section...? can you do all that in phpbb ian?

I've noticed one or two people recently who've started been nobs, Im sure Ian has noticed this too.

Newbie's - Think before you type. Does what you're typed make sense? Have you looked to see if the same question has already been answered before?

Spammers/piss takers - Is what your about to type appropriate? Is it offensive?

Its not rocket science

There is an awful lot of "in house" jokes within CS & not everyone gets that. Its more fun if we keep the banter between ourselves & try to welcome the newbies best we can
