ok thats cool cheers my solicitor etc didnt mention it so i thought it would be cool, just waiting to hear back from them about whether or not hes insured!

there is a government thing where you put a claim in and they pay out not sure how it works or how long it takes criminal injuries board iirc

oh cheers cole, im guessing will be long, expensive process!
mark - when i spoke to my solicitor they said they hadnt heard anything from his insurers (which they should have) so theyre now goina try to contact him! might just be that he hasnt told his insurance company yet

nah no more texts, he keeps ringing my dads mobile, when he answers, lad just sits in silence, or makes weird noises downt he phone, after few seconds hangs up....maturity

Might have been a good idea for your dad to withhold his number.

If he keeps calling just leave the phone on the side and let him run up his phone bill

my dad isnt bothered, its his works phone not personal one. just ignoring his calls now, we've told him to go through the solicitor

1) it isnt annoying
2) my phone is on silent 24/7 so wont annoy me, and as said already, other phone is my dad's WORK phone, so how will that annoy us? its not on most the time
