Would mean selling teh Corsa though

Do it now. My Astra is a much better car than my old Corsa

I'll miss the speed so much though Its so fun to drive

But if I got the Astra I could sell my runabout Corsa as well. Then I could get a Corsa/Nova & slowly rebuild it with XE etc as a long term project

Hmmmm Can't decide

Yeah you would have to go for the turbo as your used to a 200bhp Corsa. However, for me the 1.8 was 3 times more powerful than the Corsa!

What interior does it have? I wouldn't buy one with a cloth interior, it lets the car down. Does look nice from the outside

I'd prefer the turbo (never had a turbo'd car before ) but there seems to be more choice if I go for the 1.8

There's an black 1.8 'vert on Ebay at the mo, thats the other option. Also a nice one in Classifieds on here

The SE2 interior is gorgeous. Its a shame they didn't do a Turbo SE2! Have never seen one anyway so presume they didn't!

SE2 interior

You can also find turbos with interiors similar to the above but with white alcantara as it was an optional extra

Nice

Any pics of the cloth seats?

Ideally I want a turbo 'vert with alcantara/leather interior & BBS rims.....

If I got the vert though I think I'd want the leather interior

Thats what I'm thinking, natural progression. Also considered a Golf but I think for the money the Astra would be a better choice

Was thinking either the GTi or the GT TDi

Gone off that idea though tbh

This is the black one from classifieds - http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=276587

I like the look of it but its only the 1.8 & has cloth seats Its older than the gold Turbo too

Get a Turbo Matthew, unless your going to keep the Corsa otherwise the speed of the n/a Astra will bore you.

Also try to get one from Vauxhall with Network Q, I'm using mine to its fullest extent

Thats my thoughts exactly, comparing the black 1.8 to the gold 2.0 Turbo its only 1K more & its newer.

I'll pay a lot more though for a Network Q one surely? But then the warranty would be handy, how long does it last for?
