Thats what a friend told me as well, he did this & has now moved on to electric ones.

I also think songs sound better acoustic, well some do anyway. A bit like when you see one off performances on shows/awards etc, gives the song more charachter

i play, played for 8 years, im now 20.

love it, best thing i ever done. i sing aswell, and play my local pubs and and again when i feel like it, mostly my own tunes.

my second bedroom in my house is now my music room - ive now got 17 guitars and a wad of amps. gibsons, fenders, epiphones, all mint.

planning on going on a wee tour of the country doing original stuff with my acoustic, if i can be assed to save up.

always wanted to do a bit travelling, doing it with the guitar and gettin a bit dosh for it would add to the brilliance.

I take my guitar with me to festivals but thats the most i've done.

Best thing was a busker lending me his guitar in Eindhoven when Boro got the the Uefa cup final.

I played Wonderwall(How Original) in the main square and had a few hundred boro fans join in. Got it on video and its awesome!

Tuning will take you literally 2 mins, if you have one of they wee led tuners just pluck the string and it'll tell you if it needs turned up or down, hey presto

i played the tab, recognised the sound (fucking wee arseholes always playing it on their phones) the only thing that tab doesnt tell you that you need to know is the timings, but you learn that from the song anyway

To be honest I dont think you can rate the hardness of playing guitar. Its as easy as you want it to be. Its like art, don't let people tell you you dont have skill because skill comes from ideas upstairs and if you are creative enough it doesnt take much to be a good guitarist.
