Not really, just means you need a driver who is competent enough to deal with the understeer. I dont find it a problem, im just always wary of it. In the 2 106 rallyes i have owned was very wary of the lift off oversteer, even though it got me badly once. A car with under/over steer characteristics doesnt necessarily stop it from being a great handling car imo if the driver is competent.
