based on facts and figures, and that reading it should be anywhere between what you see there and 6.5 which to me is low 6's

6.0 - 6.4 low

6.4 - 6.6 as mid

6.7 - 6.9 as high

yup, im also basing the figs on other cupra owners that are running circa 230bhp that have been timed properly

of course i cannot say a time that is backed up by proof because i dont have anything reliable for my car soley

tbh they aren't all that as std, fairly heavy n only 156bhp as std, you'd give it a good run for it's money, i'd say a std vts/106gti would be quicker.
