im not sure what my current manifold even is thinks its a type a or b though the collector looks very big but the primaries arnt massive massive think it was £180 direct from btb. mine makes peak power at 6600 which tells me either the manifold aint man enough or the cams are to tame, again cams were bought as couretnay high torques a few years ago not actually sure if they are any good at all

Pic of manifold?

My peak power was still climbing at 7200rpm, so I've fitted some ARPs and it's going back for tweaking

will get a pic later when and post it up, got to be a bit of saving then cams / manifold / mapping for me i think then probably another £900 easy

I got cams for £20, and manifold for £200 LOL Mapping was £242+VAt at Noble Motorsport.

So I managed it all for sub £500

dont think ill be that lucky lol maybe sell the btb one on there and my gsi kit to pay for some of it. think james wants £300 for his manifold but i have heard they can be had foe not much more new, as for cams dont ever really see them come up, not for £20 anyway! mapping i reckon around £300 also at a guess

I sold a ceramic coated TypeC with extra sensor bosses for about 250..... they do go for a fair bit.

Contact BTB direct... they make the SBD manifolds.... cough, or so i'm told. SBD denied that when i called them, BTB said yes...

They do; my SBD TypeC manifold (that came with receipt from SBD) has 'BTB' manufacturing stamp in the exhaust flange

Nice work and good read. I think i may go out and buy a compressor and spray gun and give mine ago myself too

right broster driving his has made me dig this up sadly iv lost all the photo's and the car is away at jamsport ill clean and take pics when its back then update with my plans
