picked the rieger front bumper up tonight, so hopefully work can now start on the body of the car

still need to fit the sub and amps to the boot, so i'll set to work on some planning. I've just bought a rear brace strut, which in turn doesn't really leave me a lot of room. I like the set up that marklawton had in his ca with the rear brace strut, so this is what i've got



what do you guys think?

took the car in today to have some work done.

- New Oil Filter & Oil Change
- New Spark Plugs fitting
- 4-1 Protech Manifold fitting
- Inlet fitting
- FSE Fuel Valve fitting
- Rear Strut Brace fitting

once i pick the car up i then have to take it and have my new alarm fitted. Also today i got the tigra scuttle panel, which i'm hoping to fit tomorrow. Just waiting on a Pipercross Viper now and then i can save up and get the rest of the bits that i want like rear ARB, bucket seats HT leads, 16" softstars etc

so whos did you take it to for the work? plus can you bring it round mine one day so i can see if its worth getting one of them inlets?

i took it to my normal garage on queen st. I always go there as it's a friend of my gf's family. I go that much they know me and it's cheap for top work . The lad that normally does my car has a grey nova gsi. Ya, hopefully i should have the viper on once i bring it round

i don't have the car back, but when i called into the garage today the manifold, inlet and Viper was fitted . Now todays gifts 4 new 16" softstars and a quick shift linkage





i've just took the quick shift into the garage, so they can fit it while the car is in . Need to get some rubber on the softstar's tomorrow. Once that is done i need to paint the rear drums and also fit the Whiteline ARB kit that i got on Tuesday . By next week i should have a pair of bucket seats & Harnesses, K1 spark plug leads, chipped ECU and a new front brace strut.

good old germany they sell them on german ebay. Think i paid something like £64 with the p&p. Only problem is that they can some times take weeks to turn up. They only get them every so many weeks and they sell out fast

softstars are on the car and pictures in the garages. As for the lights they should be on tomorrow after i've been to vauxhall to pick up a pipe to fit the inlet.

2.0l front brakes on the car and at last the coilovers are fixed after the sh*t job the first garage did. Just waiting on the report on how bad the suspension was fitted then i can go back to trading standards about it.





i've fitted some bonnet lifters and a Momo gear know, which looks . I've just won a Japspeed De-Cat w/ silentser and Lexmual Manifold on ebay, so i'm happy with that. Bargin price of £152 for the both of them . I've waiting on a Momo Millenium Steering wheel and some SRI door cards. Just need to buy a splitter for the front bumper then

Main thing at the minute is to try and get the car running again as i can't seem to get it to start up

bits missing, screws not tightened, sat wrong. Ask Daz 16v he will tell you how bad it was
