I take it everything wasnt declared on the insurance? I never understand why people take loads of stuff off, surely where the assesor comes around, see's no bigger allows or body kit............they'll ask where its gone!?

My insurance asks if i have alloys not what size they are! So if i crashed i'd rob everything from it! Especially as you can't buy those irmscher bumpers anymore!

Everything was declared mate. Its going through the other mans issurence, so they will have no idea what my car looks like tbh. And they will only give mr standard market value as it wasnt an agreed value policy

Right it got assessed today by the insurence man today. Apparently 3-3.5k worth of damage there. Needs to be jigged etc. So its a write off . They offered me £1700 and im gunna fight to get more

Who wants to find me a brocide yellow 1.4 16v with full electrics with low millage

Hamish just get a 1.6 16v, don't get a 1.4. You'll regret it! Especially if you have to put up with it for 12months till the LET goes in!

Noooooo!!

Always reject the first offer from insurance though mate!

Try and get a sport this time. SXi's have harder wiring for conversions!
