well louise isnt telling you the rest of the story
theres vans full of police getting out on foot giving out tickets, theres under cover BMW's ready to chase people, plenty of high spec police cars ready to do you for anything.
the problem is once they have moved you on, the groups will either
a) find another place
b) regroup at the same place an hour later
the amount of resources they need to keep essex's roads under control every saturday night would be amazing
