it looks mad with one side with no paint on it. taking shape with the bumper on now. i get almost a weekly live update every time i pass the car in the car park

lol it does i know. should have most the shell yellow by the end of this weekend. then not much to do. got all the gear ready for a rebuld when i can afford to pay my mate to do it aswell

just been on a trip out to sunny carlisle to pick up some new suspension. fully adjustable avo coilovers that it. cant even be arsed to get them out of my boot tonight so i will get pics up this weekend. one of the front needs a recon so am just going to get the pair done to make sure they work spot on. ( cheers nic btw) . this weekend will be a busy one for working on the car.

just purchased some bonnet pins off ebay as i dont trust the standard catch on my new bonnet. i also wrote out a big update with lots of pics then my comp crashed and i cba doing it again lol. more updates to come though,

ok here we go again!

got cracking at the weekend called on my mate the primer filler. he then replied with a cheeky reaction o and my avos







took the door off alone n just hit the pins out. tihs was the result lol

lucky i have 2 more


one of my mate showed his face during my grafting which resulted in a trip to asda where i went and closed my finger in his door lol


that was hurting like hell and i couldnt get anything done so i pulled out the cordless and drilled a hole in my nail to release the blood (pressure) may have drilled abit far lol


so work commenced








on my final coat a basted moth flew in for a look see and plopped onto the paint grrrr. so that needs to be touched up. i was not a happy chappy after that.


thats all for now. ill get some better pics

I had d similar problem, last summer i was painting a focus with a window open in the booth, the biggest bee i have ever met flew in and had a dance all over my freshly painted bonnet! so fricken annoying!

haha cheers lee. we were not illegal street racing (whoops) lol. what do people think of the bonnet pins. i had my doubts about them but i think they look pretty cool. and also do you think one vent or 2? hmmm.....

ooo its comin along nicley i do like the bonnet pins , and fair play to u for spraying it ure self , i sprayed my car at teh weekend with matt black rattle cans bt as its nt a shiny colour it dnt reli matter lol
