how will it harm me?
well im not too sure but thats what i thaught, illness as you dont have time to rest so your bodys defenses weaken? had quick look and found this also
quote:
There was a study done many years ago by the University of Chicago that actually could prove that lack of sleep could affect the body’s ability to make glucose, which would cause early stages of Type 2 Diabetes. The lack of sleep could cause other physical problems as well. There are three common side effects that most people experience. Lack of sleep depression, lack of sleep headache and lack of sleep dizziness.

63 hours is insane.
I've done a couple from Friday to Sunday.
Wake up in the afternoon Friday, work Friday night through to Saturday morning, am out all day Saturday so don't bother sleeping, then I'm out with mates Saturday night until the early hours of Sunday morning then sleep.
So that's roughly 34 hours or so, enough for me to be a bit grumpy. Plus you feel dirty, no matter how much you wash or brush you teeth it feels manky, and eating is fucked up, I don't really like doing it.
