i had 3 scrambled eggs and 1 and a half tins of beans on toast yesterday so i fear thats why my farts stink.
shoulders hurt from lifting flywheels by hand for most of the night shift last night.
eyes hurt from wearing contacts lenses for 20 hours yesterday  only supposed to wear them for 8 hours max.
i'm going to be joining patrick and michael soon

Fun packed day of work tomorrow because stuff needs doing this week and seeing as I have two days off, it means busy busy busy 
Especially when an Architect sends you a revised building layout minutes before a meeting with a dude who's quote is going to have to change completely because the AC requirements are different

man this new healthy eating/muscle building diet is killing me
3 eggs scrambled and 2 slices of brown bread every day, smelly
add that to 4 slices of brown bread with peanut butter in, 2 apples/pears and 2 bananas and 2 yoghurts for work food and i feel very strange
