It was one of those things where everyone on that road would normally be going 50, just it was sunny so everyone was taking it slow, i reckon they were looking right up to the end of the road tbh.

Motorway is fair game though

Just been looking for a new place to live and why would you possibly rent this

Surely if you've got £5k to rent somewhere it would be better renting another 5 bed place for roughly £1100 and saving £4k a month to buy somewhere?

The sort of person that goes in there will probably be (& ive not looked into location or that) a company exec & the sizable rent will be paid for by their company.

I remember the ex chief exec of BP site where I live getting a rented mansion to live in.
