*****UPDATE*****

Right this evening while i was waiting for Top Gear to start me and the Step dad went out in the garage to get the pistons and crank shaft out!

This is how it started:



We then set about removing the oil pump.



Took all the odd bolts back out from where i had just wound them back in after taking bits off







Then we started removing the pistons







Then got the crank out





and then it was time for Top Gear

Hopefully get some more done during the week if i can be bothered

*****UPDATE*****

Right today I set about getting the Depo's in.

As I had bought the Depo's with standard inserts I first set about splitting them so I could get inside.





I then took the inserts out and wacked them in my little cardboard spray booth ( there is 3 as i was trying things out on my spare )




Because of the weather and temp I put them in the garage with the box attached to a hair dryer to speed up the process!

Then I set about removing the old lights.







I then started putting the Depo's back together and put them in the car.










That's how it is now.

Unfortunatly I haven't got any H4 bulbs so will have to pop down halfords tomorrow

Some irmscher side skirts would look great imo.

I've thought about De-wipering the rear but it comes in handy a lot so even though it might generally look better I'd rather have it there for when i need/want it

Engine got sent off to a local engine place to get balanced, cleaned, get the bores checked/have them bored out if need be, and then have new bits to come for it . Not sure when it will be back but shouldn't be too long!
