The service provided isnt just the food its the over all dining experience.. Same with the cinema, the service is the 'experience'.. Yes we saw the film but the experience wasnt up to standard..

No I totally agree with you about the cinema.
I was purely commenting on what you said above about the meal. If it was the same and you had to sit on the floor then Id agree, if it was purely the food and you ate it all then you'd be hard pushed to prove your case.

I've had idiots try and tell me they weren't paying for a meal because the steak wasn't cooked enough or similar, and yet they've emptied the plate. I always tell them where to go, and if they'd raised the issue straight away i'd have sorted it for them, but as they've eaten everything I can only assume it was fine.....
As for the cinema.....absolute fucking jokers. Can't believe you had to sit on floor.
Btw i'm assuming there was literally no seats left not just none together??

There were a couple of random seats on the ends and two of us took them, there were probably some other seats rin the middle but the film had started and you cant see shit! Not like we could ask them to stop the film lol.
