All bushes were replaced with Powerflex bushes under 4,000 miles ago, doubtful they've gone that quickly but will check regardless.
Anyway update time... In the end I couldn't be fucked trying to find a VOSA approved dealer and the quickest time the garage I use could fit me in was 4pm so I risked driving at home at like 7am in the morning as I'm not paying like £20 to park there, if that's even allowed as it said maximum stay 4 hours.
I took it to the MOT station, he read the slip and it said it just needs to be MOT'd again... So he MOT'd it without looking at the tints what-so-ever (as they're not a part of the MOT), gave me a fresh MOT (which cost me £45) then I took that to the Police desk and he removed the 'dangerous flag' on my car...
Utter joke really...
I did go home and remove the front tints as if I do something that they can't prove I'd sooner not get the book thrown at me for something petty like subtle tinted windows that I've had fitted for months and months with no problems. I know it's against the law 'n all but I think some laws are stupid. They've been removed regardless but the whole ordeal/situation was just pathetic... If he was really actually genuinely concerned he would have made me remove them there and then so he could personally verify they was removed but instead he just wanted to make it as difficult and expensive as possible for me when I could be driving again now in the exact same condition as I was last night with a fresh MOT that says my car is safe for the road...

With my "various" run ins with the police I have found that everytime Ive done something wrong (used to drive like a twat) they were always fine with me, whereas a couple of times I haven't actually done something wrong Ive got proper idiots who treated me like shit.

I don't buy your story tbh - yes it does sound like he was OTT, but at the same time, I'm pretty sure you're editing your side of the story to make you seem innocent, I don't believe for one minute you didn't have some form of attitude of sarcastic attitude towards him tbh.
And it's really not all that hard to pull away in any car of any power if you had traction control on, and I don't believe for one minute that you floored it in first, but then drove normally in 2nd and 3rd  (and flooring it in a mapped diesel with a huge cloud of black smoke coming out the back is going to get police attention, let alone the illegally spaced plates, blacked out windows, tire squeal etc etc)

As I said towards the end after I knew that no matter what I did or say would lead to him doing the most he could anyway I did start snapping at him, but I didn't call him any names or make any claims that weren't true etc.

Anyway, the officer still did do right here. It was moved off the road side (not knowing the street, though i have a vague idea where) it may of been a hazard on the kerbside/verge. The vehicle was moved to a safe location for other motorists.
