Only thing i could suggest is use a different torque wrench since yours might be out of calibration, failing that i'd say scrappies or similair for a new one as you're doing

I get the hobby, I like a weekend pissing about fixing something as well, Steve's needed to replace an awful lot on that though, bought a banger.

Only things iv needed to replace is cambelt and wheel bearings everything else iv replaced just for the sake of it being new

could of got a brand new bottom of the range base model hyundai with no optional extra for the money though
