I know they exist for KSport so cant be that hard a task for more prominent manufacturers.
The discs will be on bells, so prob spaced out a touch compared to standard 1 piece discs... then any extra caliper width.
Ask for somesort of meaurement of its width from a constant mounting point.... i.e the hub.
You'd also need to know the width of the bell to add on for measuring the spoke clearence.
Make sense - this shit is awkward to explain without a wheel and brake in fron of you
the discs arent bell, they bolt straight onto normal discs

i 'shaved' my brand new 8pots with a grinder
that was with spacers
mehehehe
But they still clipped the wheels once they were up to track temps and turning. A bit unsettling.

Why?
You only have 1 caliper per wheel
Or am I thinking in the wrong direction here
Are you talking WIDTH? not radius
190 radius and 380 diamter is the same thing.
I think a 300mm disc is unlikely to fit under a 16" wheel but will give a very good set up on a light car.

its not the disc thats the issue its the caliper, already got 300mm on there fine atm so all relies on the measurements i get off the guy tomorrow
i have found the inside diameter of a turini to be 372mm, so if its the case that this setup needs 380mm to clear then they wont fit and il either have to use the 280mm 4 pot setup instead, or get 17's
but the guy seemed to think 350mm diamter would clear so il clear everything up tomorrow

Regarding ds2500s being good from cold. They aren't. they do work, but I'd say only at 15% efficiency. They also squeel like a bitch when they are cold. Once they are hot they are totally different. i can lock 888's in the dry if i wanted, but still have plenty of travel/feel to make full use of them.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

I could calculate the calipers needed, disk size and pads friction coef...all I need is £100 your brake master cylinder size and how much force your leg can put on the pedal

I dont have any issues with my ds2500 on my 4 pot Alcons. And the car is used as a daily driver.
They do get better the hotter they get but not from 15% efficiency, thats just ludicrus.

My DS2500's have never squeaked in all weathers. Always worked spot on until they glazed or went to metal.
Just put Mintex 1144's in but not too inspired by them at the moment but I am overdue a fluid change

Surely if this kit is designed as a direct bolt on for a focus st170 then the wheels can't be an issue as there would be some warning on the product, talking about spoke clearance here

Got some more information re. measurements
First dimension, at the widest point of the caliper, from the opposite leading edge of the disc, to the widest point of the caliper is 340mm, guy at rally designs said seemed sure 350mm internal wheels will fit, turinis are 372mm.
i cant get my head around this widest point measurement because in my mind the extra distance would need adding on the opposite side, but he seemed adamant it doesnt and hes the 2nd bloke to say this, so im hoping they know what they are on about there.
Second measurement is front of disc where wheel mates up to disc is 26mm so i need to measure this out later, im fairly certain this should be ok though
if they dont fit il just return them for the 4 pots anyway
