tbh, i see the others as being more "internet" than anyone else.
from my point of view, we are acting normal, then the odd few act like its parliment and get all serious about something that really isn't anything to do with their real life.
that to me is being the internet

Nail on the head Jim lad.
We act normal and rational. Yet yesterday vigilantes appear and people crying is considered the norm, we are the scurge of the matrix?
Im suprised the Police werent more concerned with telling the have a go hero's to be careful and not interfere tbh

Yeah, just read the remaining pages and seems there's a few things missing but can be easily replaced, although that isnt the point, it's still better than picking up a burnt out shell of a freshly built, one off subaru.
Fair play to them.

Spot on, that's why I really didn't care. They wouldn't help any of us find our cars if they got stolen!

i think we all did our duty in our own ways and the end result was the desired one, i don't see any problem.
apart from the guy filming it on the motorway, undercutting everyone and claiming he didn't know it was stolen (does he just drive like that normally?)

In regaurds to your comment about the motorbike sound, it does sound high pitched looking at a video ive just watched. Doesnt sound like a scooby at all.

Top result to be fair, thought they would never get this back. Just shows how it was some thick opportunist thief after all.

I would imagine it would sound a bit like a Supra on speed, quite high pitched.

Just watched that video of it being chased on the motorway.
Actually lost for words at how stupid that person is. Mostly for filming it whilst driving, secondly for coming off at their junction and not actually chasing it, thirdly for losing a car that's probably only geared for 120 and has a range of about 50 miles.
Could have been followed until it ran out of fuel and stopped safely, or preferably made to crash in a fireball of death and burning thief.
