Raw is the way fowards. Steak Tatare

Surprisingly, places will do it raw although one asked me to sign a disclaimer. Good quality, fresh meat doesn't need cooking at all IMO

If I have a blue steak, I cut the seared outside off and eat that first, leaving the uncooked meat to eat on its own!

I had steak tatare the other day with some lime mustard dressing shiznit and it wasn't half bad. Not as good as medium rare though, like a bosss

Cooked myself some blue steak the other week, was definitely good but wasn't overly keen on the coldness of it
