the Veyron was travelling at 30mph in a 40 zone and would of been able to stop normally but because there was horse shit all over the road it couldn't. So it's the horses fault

Your just as likely to lose control or skid on an animal carcass so should whoever hits them then stop and clean them up? Who would you sue then?

Did you pick it up and clean the affected area of road so as to remove and possible dangers to any vehicles following you?

If you hit an large animal you are actually suppose to ring the police for it to be sorted/cleaned up.

Only read this page, regarding the horse shit comments I think horse owners should be made to clean them up some way or another. Why should it be one rule for dog owners and another for horse owners? horse shits are fucking huge and make a mess just as bad as dog shit.

Some cunts at my old work used to stop off in the car park just to let their horse shit in there, it was there for weeks embedded in the ground. Dirty bastards should get fined if they don't clear it up.

With this as well, I do believe if your car spills its load, e.g oil, petrol etc over a carriageway, are you not charged for the clean up? So horses should clean their mess up.

The problem is mainly due to dog shit being hazardous to people with all the bacteria and toxins in it. Where as horse shit, as has been previously stated, is mainly grass and fibre. Besides people walk their dogs through my field and dont pick up the little deposits the hairy little cunts leave there so why should I?

Considering the average horse shit is probably 100 times the amount of an average dog shit, it looks terrible just left in the roads, OK it may not be hazardous but it can be dangerous if you drive over it and it gets stuck in the tyres, or you skid on it on a corner. It's still shit at the end of the day.
