I've also given up the fags now, I just waste my money on cars. Next habit to give up.

When I gave up fags, my Astma got really bad. It's under control now, but being fat doesn't help.

well i had a couple of goes on the exercise bike, but not every night of the week. also ate a load of shite. seems weird how eating better and doing exercise is messing up my asthma, would have thought it would have been the other way around?

The shit in the smoke paralises (not sure on spelling) the tiny hairs in your lungs, once you give up they become more active, which makes you feel tight chested again.

I used to smoke shit loads and my astma got better, gave up and a year to the day, I was in A&E on a nebuliser, with low blood Oxygen levels, struggling to breath, let alone walk the car park.

This is the problem with cardio, regardless of intensity I get bloody bored!

If I time it right I can watch Dave on the crosstrainer though, otherwise it's man vs food and you do not want to watch that whilst you are doing cardio

3 birds eye quarter pounders, fried, chopped onions, 3 slices of cheap cheese, toasted bun and loads of ketchup in, less then 100 calories.

Can I just add to this that I seem to poo a lot less than previous. Sometimes a couple of days between poos. I find this quite disturbing.
