muamba - did people start amassing to give money to some irrelevant charity behind the cause of his condition?

im not angry at anything juist astonished at yet another example of how gullible and media led people are.

I think the point is she did it to raise money for her chosen charity as a nice thing to do, in the end its the thing that caused her death, if she hadn't bothered she would still be alive today.

Muamba has no relevance to this, he had a heart attack doing what he loved doing.

Media led, possibly, in that the media led them to her JustGiving page.

Gullible? Not really sure how they are gullible, they are donating money to a good cause, even if it's just because they gain Facebook likes, I still don't see how that makes them gullible?

gullible b ecause they buy into the hype without even thinking for themselves and realising there are far more appropriate avenues there money could go

im not saying people shouldnt give anything before people start calling me a cunt, im saying i wish people would think and set up something far more beneficial before following what everyone else on facebook is doing

if the girl died of a heart condition then setup a fund raiser for cardiac charitys

You could have known?

I SHOULD have known you would be all over this, an opportunity for a bit of attention off the internet. Unsurprising.

I think as a memorial we should all jog past her parents house in a massive long line, a bit like the way all them scooby drivers tortured the McRae family straight after he died

I think Steve's annoyed as he could have done a few trackdays with his show car with the money donated.

I'd be getting that lawsuit ready faster than an OCD track modified Puma around the 'Ring.

Steve if you knew in your mind your doing the right thing then you wouldn't be bothered about what people say.

A bit like me and my 1995 Corrado VR6 with leather recaros, people tell me things i don't want to hear, but deep down i'm 100% satisfied its what i really want.

I reckon your starting to think your money, times and skills would of been better off going into a road car that you enjoy driving to work, rather than a stripped out puma that impresses people in photos/internet project threads.

i would go and stand at the end of your garden in your pants while its raining and have a long think about this whole track day lifestyle
