you know the raffle thingy, is that in sequence? one of the winning raffle things was DZB407038 and i got 5 lines with
DZB407299
DZB407300
DZB407301
DZB407302
DZB407303
does that mean if i got the ticket a second ot two earlier i would have had that raffle number?

the time it took for me to get 2 tickets printed, literally one after another, it jumped 10k raffle numbers So i would imagine it would need to have been 1/1000th of a second earlier :/

Jeeeeeeez
£30k a year interest + a reasonable job would get you a nice £50-60k a year plus a pay rise every year due to inflation (hopefully)
Also if interest is 3% and inflation is 3% it doesn't mean they cancel each other out
year 1 = £30000
year 2 = £29100
year 3 = £28227
etc
It would take years to fuck it but then you could take £28k a year interest leaving £2k to keep it constantly topped up so every year you could slightly increase it...n shit.
Think i'm making sense to myself.

Problem being that if you spend the interest as a salary you only ever had £1m in the bank, which in 20 years will be worth a carrot.
Can't even remember whether I was clear previously but no chance I would carry on doing the same old shit for someone who isn't me. I know you like your jobs but really, how exciting is your life that you're contributing to someone else's idea of wealthy by showing up every day and doing what they tell you.
£1m is enough to really make you realise how shit your life is if you can't even enjoy the freedom of not working or the challenge of being in control yourself.
Unless you just like going on holiday lots or your wife likes the patio you bought her so she can drink wine at night and pretend to be classy, or you like your kids having a DS in each colour. It won't change your life unless you let it.
Took me 6 months salary to say screw it I'm going. £1m quid I'd have ran out the door in my pants.
