I have money in Nokia also, however wishing I'd have jumped ship before news of their fucked up marketing ploy on the Lumia. However it could have had the opposite effect if all went well IMO.
Can only see it getting worse now.

I would get out of Nokia ASAP. They have been shocking in recent years.
I don't know anything about their latest phone but unless it makes the tea in the morning, I can't see it affecting their value much.

That's what I did yesterday.
Mine have been tied up today with Nokia, determined not to sell for a loss, and they're now coming back to normal.
It's a waiting game imo.

What did you buy oil at? I lumped a fortune on my demo account on a short at 97, just sold at 95 and made over 2k
Shame it was demo. That accounts flying cause I have the fund available to buy and sell when and what I like. 20 quid just ain't enough

Hmm, I had shares in Britvic, sold at a reasonable recovery profit.
Just noted that Britvic are due to merge the makers of tizer/iron bru. Wonder what that will effect....hmmm.

I would assume it's short selling. So you sell, even though you don't already have them.
That would explain why Dan profited from a price drop rather than increase.

£199 equity
BP shares are slowly climbing now, could have taken £28 profit on Nokia before, but decided to hold out till Monday as they've dipped again.

I'd love to do this, but be too much of a pussy too. Going to just keep building on the balance I think.
