I think he may have deactivated the PayPal I sent the money to as when I opened a case it said that the user cannot reply to this case or something so has went straight to a PayPal claim to customer services

If PayPal do not find the case in my favour. I will serve him 7 days notice either via private mail or to the number in which he supplied me with giving him the chance to pay what he owes me before I launch legal action via small claims court. I hate people like this who take money from people that work hard to earn it.

I find it strange that I got my money back & no-one else did. Maybe there's others that got their money back & thought nothing of it so haven't posted. Switch this thread to General Chat or Off Day might get more responses. I'd have not known had you not got a hold of me mate.

I've u2u'd everyone concerned and its not like they'll have forgotten being involved in hundreds of pounds worth of fraud with a known criminal, I hope after the time that's gone in to it they're not just not bothering to update.

I've sent him various text messages regarding the incident on here. I've asked him to get on and explain himself and to refund people. I will be launching legal proceedings through my solicitor if my money is not returned. I've got an ever growing file of evidence that will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr Lockett has scammed members on here. I have his place of current residence aswell as various contact details. So Mr Joshua Lockett if you're reading this, which i know you are, then i suggest you refund everyone involved very very quickly.
