ns2 is not a new tyre it's years old. It's probably worse than an equivelant never heard of Chinese brand.

I would beg to differ. I run ns2's on my car. The main reason being the offset of my wheels. They are the ONLY tyre that fits without stupid stretch and give me just enough clearance in the rear archs. Find me another make tyre worth buying in 185/45/15 that i can 4 delivered.

That's your fault for badly fitting wheels though surely? That's probably why Nankang are still in business as they make sizes for scene stuff.

Do Bridgestone make that size as well? Can't be bothered to go and check tbh but they make odd size stuff as well.

Im sure people have ran wheels on a corsa with worse than et38 offset The wheels fit the archs perfectly tbh snd im happy with the tyres. Its a 1.4 so it doesent need super sticky tyres and i dont drive like a tit so im happy with them.

Never had a problem with grip when I used nankangs, bought nankangs for the silly size I needed 165/45/15
Only problem I had was the driven tyres wore down in about 3month

How Gav? Mine have been on the car since last summer and mine are fine and still have over 5mm on them. Yes i didnt run them for two months or something in the winter but tbh they would have worn out quicker in the summer.

My driven wheels have avon zz3's on them, which are masturbated over on the z4 forum.

I bet nic thinks they're rubbish also.

For the record, they're not as good as my old vredestein sessantas. also not a huge brand name, so nic will also call them shit.

Point is I'd rather have a part worn Chinese never heard of brand than a new Nankang as it will be vastly superior.

Thats just like saying 'i put bottom of the range michelins on and they were shit'

Nankang do more than one tyre.

Also, if you're losing traction driving normally then you're driving too fast for the conditions.

You don't pull away nicely then suddenly lose all traction and skid into a wall, do you?
